Go through this routine AT LEAST once per week (I would do 2 rounds of the exercises in that case), but feel free to do it as often as you like. Generally, the more volume you accumulate in a movement the better you’ll be at it.

Remember to ALWAYS listen to your body and to NEVER work through pain.
